L.I to research.                                                                                                                                        We had to find the definitions of words and functions that relate to the topic. We had to t find the meaning of the words and how they function. We had to also predict what the topic was going to be about using the meanings of the words. The topic is about making origami planes and aerodynamics.

Explore Reading Strategies

L.I To identify the different strategies we use as readers.
In Reading we were learning about the strategies that we had picked when we did GKQ. We did GKQ (General Knowledge Questions) to see who knew the most questions right and if you got the question right then you get to pick one of the reading strategies that the teacher chose. If you got the question wrong then the question will change and the person that got the question wrong will sit down with the rest of the teams remain standing waiting for the next questions.
