Kiwi Can
L.I to learn about coping with challenges. Coping with challenges is what we are focusing for now. We talked about self control and self disciple but we went and looked at how we can cop with challenges. We also talked about what things we have to cop with when we are at school. Our energizer was Rats and Rabits. We had to partner with someone and then try to grab the cone before they do. We talked about how we cop with challenges. Our activity is linked to how we cop with challenges. We had to complete four challenges in groups. Each challenges were not all easy to cop with. The challenges were: do the catchphrase with new actions, write the alphabet backwards and doing five of burpees, push ups, sit ups and squats and put Maori words to English. The hard part of doing the fitness was that I was tired and I worked through this was by taking breaks. The hard part of the catch phrase is that we have to remember and come up with new actions with the catchphrase. The hard part of writing the alphabet backwards is that you have to say the alphabet and write it down backwards. The hard part of the matching Maori words to English words is that we have to sing the song of Maori colours.
