LI: to make connections to a text. Today we had to do Reading and we were doing making connections. We had to do this task by our self. We had to do text to self, text to text, and text to world. Text to self is about how the text in the book or article is similar to something that you've done before like for example in the text it says that in the commonwealth games that the three New Zealanders won the gold and two silver medals in the bike sprints, and you have had a race on bikes against brothers or sisters'. The next is text to text, text to text is if there is a text the is similar to each other. The next is is text to world, text to world means the the text is has a way that it is similar to a world like the commonwealth games is similar to the Olympics.
