L.I to do good things. For task 7 we had to read about Jonah Lomu and Richie Mccaw. Afterwards we had to write down three powers that we would like to have and reason what we would use them for. I made a video of me telling you what powers I would have. Two facts about Jonah Lomu is that he is the youngest All Black ever. Jonah Lomu finished his international career with 63 caps and 37 tries. Two facts about Richie Mccaw is that he won the world cup twice for New Zealnad as captain. He is the most capped test rugby player of all time.
Hi Andrew, this is Mrs Collins from Manaiakalani and I'll be commenting on blogs over term break. Well done on posting and participating in the SLJ this year. I really like the narrative you shared about choosing your super powers... sometimes being a hero can be fun too, I'm glad you enjoyed the task! What would your superhero name be? Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep up your learning over the school break!
ReplyDeleteKia Ora Andrew! This is a really good description of what you had to do for the activity, plus some information about Jonah Lomu and Richie Mccaw - definitely some amazing New Zealand rugby players in history. Well done on creating a video as well, it's a good way of sharing the information because sometimes it's better understood when said. Knowing that you would like to be a rugby player yourself, who do you look up to? Great work!
ReplyDeleteHi Andrew!
ReplyDeleteThis activity you did was great. Remember to re read your text as it might not make sense. What was the hardest part of this activity?
Blog you later!
